Short answer: a certificate is useful only when its product identity, scope, configuration, standard, issuer, date and destination requirement match the bicycle being purchased. Review the actual document and its supporting report rather than accepting a logo list.
Record model name, frame platform, motor, controller, display, battery, charger and relevant options. Compare these with the names and technical descriptions on the report. Ask for an explanation of any difference.
