Sample costs are quoted on request based on the model and your required configuration. Sample fees are typically credited toward your first bulk order.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on order quantity, configuration, and our current production schedule. Contact us for the current lead time when you request a quotation.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our electric bikes and scooters can be supplied with EN 15194, UL 2849, and UN 38.3 certifications. Please confirm the certifications required for your market when requesting a quote, and we will confirm the applicable certification for your order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T). Specific payment terms are confirmed with your quotation and proforma invoice.
Do you offer private-label or OEM/ODM services?
